Gabe Taylor has ridden Mammoth since '98. Backcountry and freestyle are his thing, and he has mentored a generation of riders who came up through Mammoth's park scene. This is the goggle he helped build.

The Backcountry Pro is a cylindrical snow goggle with a 175-degree field of view. The primary orange lens sits at 22% VLT and holds contrast from bluebird mornings through the flat, washed-out part of the afternoon. A second smoke black lens at 15% VLT covers full-sun days.

CLEAR EDGE™ PVD OPTICS

Not a sprayed-on tint. Each lens gets a precision multi-layer PVD coating applied in a Satisloh optical coating system, so VLT stays consistent and color stays controlled across the entire lens.
